Ricetta estiva, facile e veloce!! Provata in Grecia e riproposta subito a casa. Mettere in una coppa una busta di insalata mista (x capirci: iceberg, songino, valeriana, lattughino, radicchio...quello che più vi piace insomma), unire del tacchino affumicato a tocchetti (si prende nel reparto salumeria), pancetta saltata in padella, mais e crostini. Condire con olio, sale e salsa yogurt a piacimento. Fantastica!! :)
